The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) has introduced two new regulations strengthening insurance product governance, customer information, transparency, advertising, and consumer protection. Insurers and insurance intermediaries, including branches of foreign entities licensed by the CBK, have 12 months from the regulations' entry into force to achieve full compliance.
